Some of the most memorable moments in wildlife photography happen long before the shutter is pressed.

Hours spent waiting in silence. Learning animal behaviour. Returning to the same locations through changing seasons. Accepting that sometimes the greatest reward is simply witnessing nature, even without taking a photograph.

I'm Andrei Serban, a wildlife photographer based in Killarney, Ireland. My goal is to tell honest stories of Ireland's wildlife through authentic moments rather than staged encounters.
